Contractual Necessity
When you engage our services, we process data as necessary to fulfill our contractual obligations to you.
Legal Obligations
We may process data when required to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month. In some cases, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request.
We may decline requests that are manifestly unfounded, excessive, or where we are required by law to retain the data.
International Data Transfers
As a Canadian organization, your data may be transferred to and processed in Canada. Canada has been recognized by the European Commission as providing adequate protection for personal data. This means that data can flow from the EU/EEA to Canada without additional safeguards.
Where we use service providers located outside of Canada and the EU/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including:
- Encryption of data in transit using TLS
- Access controls limiting who can view personal data
- Regular security assessments
- Staff training on data protection
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in a high risk to your rights, we will also notify you directly.
Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects individuals.
Children's Data
Our services are not directed at children under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child without appropriate consent, we will delete that data.
